Please provide the following, by the dates indicated: 1. by Tuesday 2017-Oct-31 @6pm: a. when you found out about the road construction (if you can't easily find the written notification, a "best guess" will be sufficient, for now) b. duration and reasons for yardwork performed on Tuesday Oct-17 and Wednesday Oct-18 c. from your point-of-view, what happened the afternoon of Thursday Oct-19 (i.e. when Jim willfully demanded to speak with [Tenant], and harassed her for about 16 minutes, thereby violating your explicit promise of no interruptions & no noise) d. duration, reasons, and DETAILED list of work performed on and near the rental unit on Wednesday Oct-25 (*** please also explain why there was no notification and why it was not scheduled for the following day, which had already been scheduled for major disruptions) 2. by Friday 2017-Nov-03 @6pm: a. references to state and/or local laws which support your "theory of law" as expressed in your Oct-26 rental termination email b. your calculation of the rent refund due c. OPTIONAL: any emails you wish to exclude from review (for each, provide: date&time, Subject, reason for exclusion) d. OPTIONAL: due to the volume of emails archived in this case, I plan to exclude most of the emails during the time [Tenant] was [out of state], however if you feel any are relevant, please send me a list of date+time+Subject (no reasons are necessary) e.
